Authorities and Courts
The Federal Office for Immigration and Asylum in the federal state where you live will decide about your asylum application.
Often there are several offices in the federal states: a Regional Directorate and a Branch Office. Ask your legal representative.
If you appeal, the Federal Administrative Court will check the decision of the Federal Office. Ask your legal representative.
